COPPA & Youth Protection

ArrowZeal.store is built for users under 18, including children under 13. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). Accounts for users under 13 require verifiable parental consent before any selling activity goes live, and parents have access to a dedicated dashboard at all times.

Data we collect

Account name, email, date of birth, and optional profile information. For sellers: storefront content, listings, order history, and payment details processed via Stripe. We never sell personal data.

How we use data

To operate the marketplace, process orders, prevent fraud, moderate content, and improve the platform. We use Lovable AI for content moderation and assistant features only.

Parental rights

Parents of users under 13 may review, suspend, or delete their child's account, listings, and storefront at any time from the parent dashboard. Parents may also revoke consent, which immediately archives all child listings.

Deletion requests

To request full account and data deletion, email privacy@arrowzeal.store. We process requests within 30 days.
