Age requirements

ArrowZeal.store is intended for users under 18. Sellers under 13 require verifiable parental consent. Buyers of any age are welcome.

Prohibited items

No weapons, alcohol, tobacco, vapes, drugs, adult content, animals, age-restricted goods, counterfeits, or anything illegal in your jurisdiction. AI moderation reviews every listing.

Seller responsibilities

Describe items accurately, ship promptly, respond to buyers within 48 hours, and honor refunds for misdescribed goods. Repeated violations result in suspension.

Platform fees

A 5% platform fee is deducted from each successful sale. Stripe processing fees apply separately. There are no listing or monthly fees.

Dispute resolution

Buyers and sellers should first attempt to resolve disputes directly. Unresolved disputes may be escalated to ArrowZeal.store support, whose decision is final.
